Pembroke And Freshwater West

The morning was a bit wet so me and Mr M walked into Pembroke, did some shopping and had coffee. The bottom photo is Pembroke Castle. The gloomy weather made for a better shot in black and white.
In the afternoon the sun came out and we went to my favourite beach - Freshwater West. Mr M and Son went surfing with mixed results and I walked the dogs the length of the beach.
In the evening Mr M played with his new toy - a camping gas bbq (we’re not allowed charcoal bbqs in Provence where we’re going in the summer, so he HAD to buy one). The results were wonderful.
To round the evening off there was a glorious sunset, so fabulous to see when you’re living outdoors and you have a whole field to yourselves!
