The Shit has arrived!

I spent the day up in Sydney, some shopping but mainly to have my 6 month check up with my knee surgeon!   He gave me a bit thumbs up, almost straight and i have a good bend he said!   That is good, i have felt it has improved a lot lately.....so he doesn't need to see me for another year and a half!
