The evening sun...

Attracted this and several other dragonflies to the edge of the woods.  Some were pretty skittish, but a few let me do my thing.  

The humidity was heavy today after a night of rain.  I wasn't nearly as thrilled with the heat and thick air as the mosquitos were; they were everywhere. (My legs are looking like I have the chicken pox, thanks to those swarms of mosquitos.) Ugh.

Come on, dragonflies...  You need to get to work clearing the area of all these biting insects! ;-)
