Bruton Parish Church

Today we explored Williamsburg, VA, which is old for the USA... still younger than hubby’s school in England! This Episcopal church dates from 1674 and has seen the likes of George Washington and Thomas Jefferson worshipping way back in the day! It has seen a chunk of interesting history from when it was the capital of Colonial Virginia through the American Civil War and into modern day USA.
