Brooklyn

We took an Uber to this building in Brooklyn where we are staying in an Airbnb apartment. It is quite funky, the quintessential old Brooklyn experience according to Shelly. It is a fourth floor walk up. People have been really nice. A young rasta looking fellow carried our bags up for us when we arrived.

After settling in we shopped at a kosher market nearby for breakfast and lunch food. After lunch we rested until it was time to walk over to Jason and Elke’s amazing penthouse apartment. What a place. Some of the doors roll back so the whole living room is bathed in breezes from the outside.

Jase ordered Indian takeout and we ate and talked together. Elke arrived and joined the conversation. We had fun. We took Uber back to our Airbnb and now we are getting ready for bed and talking to Shelly’s Elke on the phone.
