Hawk

We were enjoying the afternoon sun when daughter called to me to look at the hawk. It was circling, passing over us each time round. Unfortunately by the time I had got the camera and run outside, the circuit was getting more distant . I was surprised how light its colour was underneath. 

I have been waiting a long time to capture a good photograph of a hawk in flight and it looks like I am going to have to wait a bit longer. This was the best I could do today.
