Good day

Had my pain injection into my spine today. It went well. Feeling a bit tender but still good. It stang more than last time but I think that's a positive thing, I'm choosing to think that means Dr got the right spot. The staff were all brilliant.

This flower was taken when P took me for a little walk in the late afternoon as I was getting really sore, it did the trick and felt better.
