Footloose

Apart from a quick trip to the Co-op for essentials I didn't do much today - just put my feet up! This is one of the vases I bought from Cookie Scottorn. However I  did stop at the second hand emporium on the way back, the doll in the gas mask was still on the counter! I was tempted by a bookshelf that was on display outside, but decided since I didn't know whether it would fit in the space I had in mind I should refrain from buying it. However I could not resist a splendid glass cake stand with cover, a jigsaw, 3 old white mixing bowls, and a metal frame of a cow with a pig, sheep and then hen standing on it! At £9 the cake stand was the most expensive of the lot! Now all I have to do is bake an orange polenta cake to go in it!
