Hoppy

According to some people, today is the meteorological beginning of summer. I don't think there will be any celebrations at sunrise on Stonehenge . They will correctly wait for the summer solstice on June 21st.

The predicted rain did not happen and once the clouds had dispersed, the day became warm and sunny.

Hoppy follows me everywhere when I am in the field. It can be a bit worrying when I am bending down to clean the stable floor and I have his head just inches away from me. I have seen what strength he has when he has been fighting with Tintin the other Chinese goose.
