On the Beach
No matter how much you enjoy holidays, it's always good to wake up in your own bed. The morning started a bit misty and we had a little bit of rain. This afternoon I fancied a trip to the beach so I drove the few miles to Holcombe and walked down Smuggler's Lane to the beach.
The tide was fairly high but I sat on the beach to take low level shots. I've blipped from here quite a few times so I was looking for something different. As I sat the sun came out and it was great to lean against the sea wall and just take it all in. I took some shots of this piece of seaweed with the small waves breaking and I thought this one worked well with a small aperture to give me 1/30th second exposure.
