Flower Friday

I was on the go all day and had no time to blip. I kept thinking thinking that I would have plenty of time later to do a flower blip. At 11pm I rembered I had taken a phone shot of this Königskerze this afternoon. A girlfriend gave me a plant last autumn and it has shot up like Jack‘s Beanstalk. The flowers have just started to open.I thought this spike in the middle was it but there are more buds formed. In English it is called Verbascum or Mullein. Extra shows the whole plant
