The calm after the storm?

The sun made a very welcome return today so we went back to Port de Pollenca - only to find our beach had gone! The sea was choppy by Med standards with waves crashing over the jettys! Not to be defeated, we walked further along the pine walk (which was covered in sand and had clearly had a battering) and found ourselves a new (much bigger) beach.

After a few hours, we went to Port d'Alcudia for our traditional tapas at Ramon's. Ben first went there as a teenager on holiday with his parents and it is obligatory for us to have at least one meal at either Ramon's or his brother's (Can Punyetes)! We are all convinced that there is NOWHERE that does better tapas!
