R went off to start his new job today, flying via London to pick up his visa.

Before he left he wanted to get some head shots done for press announcements/internet etc. This caused great hilarity amongst the little people as he dressed up his top half to look the part but only had his pants on his lower half.

I should have got a full body shot really, it would have made a better blip (!).
