Pheasant Feather?

I found this floating round the garden and even though there was no wind it kept following me in a strange feathery way...
I'm presuming it's from a Pheasant as we sometimes have them collapse in exhaustion in the garden after legging from the people with the shotguns.
Or it's from The Tree Hater's chickens.
Either way it amused the kids for a nano second!
