Blenheim Palace

A quick weekend away to visit Blenheim Palace and an overnight stop at Fallowfields, primarily to sample the food.

Blenheim remains as overpriced as ever at £20 for admission to grounds and house, though to be fair a day ticket can be converted to an annual one. I just don't think there is enough on display in the house to justify making more than one visit a year.

Mind you it seemed cheap compared to the meal in the evening, although the food was excellent even if the service was amateurish.
