Gotcha!
Every time I photograph insects in the garden, I get buzzed by this golden fly. It moves fast and sits still just long enough to tempt me into zeroing in on it. It doesn't move when I move... just when I've moved into position and a millisecond before my shutter opens. And so the game goes... over and over again... Today, I came out victorious... over the fly. Sounds a bit sad, doesn't it?
I tucked a pe(e)king duck goose in extras, as well as an orb weaver.
It's been a cooler and sunny weekend. It makes me want to spend the whole day outside. :))
