Super Sunday

It was a real effort for both Joshua and I to get up for rugby training but get up we did.
Josh trained hard, home for showers and then out to Carnon Downs for an aquarium maintenance kit a plant and some replacement fish.
Home to drop them off and then to 'The Shed' for a roast lunch and very nice it was too.
Home, aquarium maintained, e-mails sent and cleared, fire lit, sports kit ready for the week and finally the Sunday papers.
