Bloom Where You’re Planted

Today we traveled to wish my mother’s cousin a happy 80th birthday. While chatting with the “birthday girl”, and catching up with the stories of how everyone in our extended family were doing, she talked about how important it is to build relationships and bonds in your community so that when you experience loss, you are not alone.
