Isle of Skye candle making

Another day when the Haar hung around but turned out nice later in the day.The garden is very dry so plenty of watering with the hose.Everything has shot up since we were away.
IsleMum picked me up at 5 o’clock and we went into Inverness to a candle making workshop at the Isle of Skye Candle Company shop in the High Street.
Lots of fun as we decided on which smells to add to our candle.I choose patchouli ,juniper, lemongrass and a dash of lime. We had lost our sense of smell by then so can not really tell if it smells ok.
We the. Had to identify 6 candles by their smell, much harder than it sounds.We got three right and just missed out on getting a free candle. I bought three votive candles and we were given a box of matches. I liked the design of the packaging :)
