Run

This morning we went swimming. CyclopsJnr said he didn't want to go to the 'cold pool' so we tried Glenogle pool. It is a refurbished Victorian pool with a high windowed roof and the cubicles down the side. Nice! On the whole it isn't such a great pool for CyclopsJnr's needs as the pool sides are high up from the water with a railing so not great for jumping in or climbing out.  But they had a fun session on with a box of pool toys and some big floats. That was good we enjoyed that. We were in for more than an hour.

He was tired. He said he wasn't. He resisted the nap then slept from 2.15pm til 4.15pm when MrsCyclops woke him up.

CyclopsJnr said he wanted to do a 'Park Run'. He'll have heard his Dad talk about them and now one of his friends does the junior park run. Well to prepare we went and ran round our local park after his nap. CyclopsJnr insisted on running clothes which for him it turns out is his rugby kit. We only went once round the park then he got distracted by the play park. He then insisted MrsCyclops run alongside his bike on the way home. Huh. He's a much quicker biker than runner!
