Heavy water

It’s 35°C. A good time to go swimming with Freya in one of the deepest lakes in Europe. Not that you would know it from our point of view. We paddle out onto the delta which enters Tinnsjø at Sandviken until it’s deep enough to swim, which turns out to be some way out.  The water is cold. Very cold.

The kids play all day on the beach, and we head home mid-afternoon, in time for dinner.
