Mile run

Ran a mile today as I have signed up to run 25 miles in June- at my own pace which is very slow at the moment. I hope it will improve as the month goes on.
The dogs have been puggled today- they are not liking the muggy air at all. So they just lazed around in the cool kitchen, happy to just run around in the park.
