Another 5km run up to the moor and back before breakfast and, despite the heat, returned a new PB of 27m 42s.

Harriet has a clinical skills exam later this week and was in need of a patient on whom she could practice. So a 160 mile return trip to Derby.

I've had a shoulder examination, two abdominal checks, two cardio respiratory checks  and two knee examinations. 

Home at 8:30 pm. Washed the car and did a bit of gardening.
