52 BOMB

I've seen the BOMB tag in quite a few places around town, including on the back of this street sign, but I haven't seen that little sticker beside 52 before.  I have no idea what the significance of the sticker is.  I added the extra of the sticker and if anyone recognizes it, please explain it to me!  :)
