Second Chances

We went to the wedding of our dear friend Hal today. He and his new wife lost longtime, beloved spouses and found each other, singing in the choir at church. It was a lovely and joyous ceremony, some happy news for a change.



For the Record,
This day came in cool and windy. We did more work in the garden after the wedding and reception, put on by the very talented New England 'church ladies' who know how to feed a crowd after happy and somber church occasions.
