Beauty and the Beast

Ive called this Beauty and the Beast because the Peony is obviously a beauty and I thought I had better blip it once more as it has so obligingly opened from a fallen bud, the Pottery Jar well.. it has a warped beauty of its own, I wonder if it was a reject or was it artistically made lope sided?

Any way it was a lucky find in under the Rhodes left forgotten by the previous owners of our house in Wanaka.

I love it!
