Old safe

I saw the safe in an old house and was taken by the plaque on it. The safe was made by a Liverpudlian firm around 1912. I looked up Milner patent 212 and there was a lot of info on it. Selling on eBay for £300 -400, but as one person remarked the safe is very heavy! I would be inclined to say if you can carry it you have it!
