Farewell to the Highlands - backblip

On the road again and back down to Sanquhar for a couple of days. Glencoe was as majestic as ever and our journey round Loch Lomond this time not so hairy. We found a great parking place by the Loch, got our chairs out and ate our lunch in more lovely sunshine. However we seem to leave the good weather behind us the further we got from the Highlands. Arrived in Sanquhar mid afternoon where it is very overcast, very warm and the midges were out in force. Our site owner has just visited and let loads of midges into the caravan, Mr T has even found some swimming about in his tea!
