Today I combined the 'Race at your pace' and 30 Days Wild by going for a walk along the grassland above the beach [ called locally the 'bents']. I am doing Race at your Pace as a distance rather than a speed challenge and have committed to 25 miles to be walk ed June. I'd LIKE this to be over and above my daily steps but time will tell if I am successful..... if it makes me walk more every day then I'll consider it a success.
The wild flowers are out in force in the grassland and N and I thoroughly enjoyed looking at them. We also saw some tiny micro-moths too.
