Yoga on the beach

Today was lovely and we went for another picnic to the beach at Kilmory. Joss and I went swimming which was utterly baltic and we had lots of fun sliding down the sand dunes.
Joss's dad was there too and it was fun, like old times before he left us. I smile at this, breathe deeply, do yoga and am glad It no longer pains me.
