The day after

Having had more exercise than I’ve had recently I wasn’t sure how I would feel today. Well my legs work but my thighs ache. My daughter didn’t go to work today as she felt giddy after the heat of yesterday.

The donations have continued to come in. I’m now up to £666 and work should match £500. It’s definutely a cause worth running for.

In amongsr the many nigella flowers in the front garden there is the odd white one.

HtP walked the dogs with me after work and then I’ve been to choir practice.

I’m not sure if the legs will work tomorrow. We shall see.
