Construction of 80 retirement flats in the former College's site at Midmills, in the Crown area of Inverness. Prior to the College moving in, Inverness Royal Academy was based there. A lot of the former building parts were demolished, save for the large listed part, which is now also being worked upon. It's supposedly to become the first Highland Creative Hub - for artists, and the like. Of interest to local or visiting photographers, there will also be a darkroom.
