Ancient Rome or Modern Nanchang?

Western-style statuary is popular in Nanchang, especially copies of Greco-Roman or Renaissance statues and monuments.

This chariot and horses is in an apartment complex and is supposed to be sat in a pond of water with fountains. Sadly for the past couple of years the pond has been left dry and is more of an eye sore now. This is quite typical in Nanchang though. Grand ideas are conceived and built but the result is never maintained and soon looks rather worse for wear.
