2018 Monday — Early Morning Goodbye

I have a spring semester to finish in Southern California, so we’re exiting California’s Central Coast to head back to do just that. The next couple of days are Final Exams at the college where I teach and Thursday evening is commencement. This is the grand conclusion of the 2017/2018 school term and I’m completing 27 years of full time teaching. There’s a good chance I’ll retire in December, but if not then either June of 2019 or December of 2019. I have a year-and-a-half of sick leave accumulated as well.
