Building at risk.  Seems to have been empty for some time, and deteriorating.

This is not the only town centre hotel in a such a state. 
The Drummond Arms Hotel, a fine building, is in a similar state. It may be that there are fewer customers for such large hotels these days; smaller B & Bs have probably taken over.
