Afternoon coffee

This afternoon we went to the shop in Dursley where I got my bike to see what possible set up changes there were to make it more comfortable on my shoulder.  The co-owner is excellent, and had some ideas that might help if the injection doesn't.

This is one of the cafes which do very good food, and the staff are always very friendly.  I like the decor as it is really quite unique.

I had been swimming this morning and my left shoulder started to hurt, and now hurts more than my right shoulder.  I know it had been compensating for the loss of strength in my right shoulder.  Ice and heat packs are being applied.
