Work in the morning and then whizzed home for the asbestos man who had arranged to come after one; he arrived just as I was trying to eat a rather thick slice of toast. Anyway, he took samples of the textured ceiling in the kitchen and checked everywhere, so I was glad I had had a tidy up.
Then I had a little walk to post a letter and carried on walking as the sun came out. These roses are by the church, all the roses are looking very good at the moment.
Harry is out for dinner tonight with some of his old work colleagues, so I had an omelette with loads of vegetables for dinner.
