A Feather In My Cap

I found this feather lying on the 14th fairway during this morning's golf round. As it happened, I managed to record what I think is my best ever score of 81, 8 under handicap ( and not a birdie onthe card!) so I couldn't resist this awful visual and verbal pun. As you can see, the cap's seen a bit of service.

Not sure what sort of bird the feather belongs to, though I think it might be a bit buzzardy.
