Perspective

There are days where getting above 'it' all is the only way to gain perspective, and knowing you are above it all comes from reaching one of these. 'Went for a wee stroll across the Pentlands this morning courtesy of the No.4 bus, and some encounters with a herd of Highland cattle, 3 fell runners, 2 dogs, 2 walkers, a pheasant and some wonderful vistas . Six miles and some hot lemon and flapjack later and I was able to walk back to my front door via Bonaly and Colinton, all before lunchtime. Great start to the week.
