My Book Club Evening

Before: My choice....will they love it or hate it.? On Amazon it is described as a Marmite book. Oh I mustnt get too much in teacher mode with them. Just guide the discussion...oh why did I get involved in this? Be straight with them. Tell them you are/were a teacher of Drama and English. I don't know any of the women coming this evening that well. Oh help!

After: Phew! Not too bad. They weren't entirely happy about the book but were glad they had read it. That will do for me. Someone else next month!

Oh and I still really like this book.
