Barn Owl

Tonight was the first of our Camera Club summer nights - the main season is over and we now meet about every fortnight until the new season starts in September.  I had arranged for a visit of Ellie the Barn Owl with his 'handler' Brian to come to the churchyard in Weston Turville (the village where ImageZ CC is based).

The evening was good with lots of sun although a chill wind later on and Ellie behaved impeccably, even if he did tend to turn his face away from the camera.  And there were a lot of cameras - some with enormous lenses on the front.  In all, there were 25 members turned out which is an excellent number and most of us found the way to a local pub afterwards.  I have a lot of images!!
