Deep and Crisp and Even....

with leaves!

The meadows is looking excellent in some places and still a bit rough in other areas.
We took a wander for some fresh crisp air before the sun set for the day. A wee drop into Victor Hugo for a taste of Olive Oil/ Balsamic as we went past was nice. However, the requirements of fritatta were not fulfilled on this visit :-(

However, someone who lives near Middle Meadow Walk was burning leaves - which smelt rather nice (in a light smoky mellow sense - not choking to death etc)
