It's frosty

This morning we had a meet up with others from the Home-Ed group, and while the Ranger took the children off for some Bush Craft skills, the adults took a wander around the Loch, the signs of colder days were very noticeable from frosty leaves to icy puddles and everyone dressed in layers with hats, scarves and gloves.

The children had loads of fun making a fire without the use of matches or a lighter and even boiled some juice over their fire to quench their thirsts and warm them up after all their hard work.

Had a picnic afterwards in the park, glad the sun was shining otherwise it would not have been pleasant.
