Geranium

This was given to me as a cutting by a 90 year old. She is now over 100 and is as fit as a fiddle.

This piece grew in a hanging basket on the back verandah under cover. The flower head is huge.

Today we spent time planning our trip away, changed our minds, replanned and we now have a vague idea of what we are going to attempt. We are trying to fit in with many other things, events, & people so is a bit complicated. At least we agree on what we want and where we want to go.

Bob got a new receiver which will keep us in touch when we are away from home. I’m not sure what you call them these days as they seem to do everything, digital, AM, FM, link to the phone and Spotify and what ever else is out there to listen to. I purchased a new headlamp torch so I can see when it gets dark and I have free hands to carry things. I registered on the house sitting site so hopefully we find someone who is interested in staying here while we are away.
