Can't switch off

This is a rather random picture I know but it represents things perfectly. This plug doesn't ever switch off and this is exactly how I am feeling about my brain.

I have all these thoughts, ideas, questions and feeling all whizzing around the inside of my head and no matter how hard I try I cant stop them, not even just for a minute.

This isn't meant to be depressing just one of those things in life that nobody has control over.
