Alert!

This is Archie this morning on our walk around the Sherborne Park Estate intently watching a hare come lolloping towards us up the track.  The hare didn't seem to notice us for quite a while and I was wondering just how close it would come.  When I crouched down to get a better angle for a photo it saw us and lolloped back the way it had come!  If you look closely, you might just be able to make out the hare reflected in Archie's eye! 

Maybe I should alert Chris Packham and the Springwatch team to let them know where the hares are!  We saw the BBC 'encampment' on the other side of the valley. 

Archie will be going home tomorrow - we'll really miss him.
