Little Ducklings

I spotted two duck families while I was walking along the canal path today - one set of ducklings were more like teenagers, but this little guy and his siblings were much younger. The teenagers were snoozing on the bank while the young ones were zooming about all over the place - which is why barely any of my photos turned out to be in focus! It was fun watching them jumping out of the water to grab little flies just above the surface - you can see an action shot here and the teenagers here.
