Shore Path
18.1C with some light cloud but mostly sunny. Light ESE/E/NNW/NW breeze.

When Apothecary7 and I were walking Fergus after 11pm last night we noticed the small cargo ship (Burhou I, Great Glen Shipping Company) which was at the new quay yesterday was on the other side of the inner harbour. Tied up with the stern towards Hall Street and close in to the street side of the harbour. Unusual. She was still there this afternoon.
Fergus and I went for a walk after lunch. We went out to the old shipyard and wandered out the shore path almost to Macringan's Point. No dogs on the path at all today. Perfect peace. Lots of Gannets diving in the channel. I had a seat on a rock and watched for a while. Fergus had a seat too, but not on a rock.
On the way back we called in at the Vet's to pick up Fergus's anti flea and tick tablet. Apparently he just has to chew it. I'll add it to his dinner. Should protect for three months.
When we got home I cut the grass while Fergus lay around in the garden.
