conservatory

My conservatory, built about 17 months ago has sprung a leak in front of the door causing a puddle and the corner is soaking wet against the granite wall.... I had the 2 men around to see the problem. They think the granite wall is porous and needs waterproofing.
I also have roofers here re-roofing 2 small flat roof on dormers over looking the balcony. The weather is awful, raining all morning, but they are making progress this afternoon.
I bought a canadian blue mountain pottery tortoise ornament from a charity shop to add to my window sill.
