Disaster

What a disaster of a day.
Started off, just after midnight, we heard and then saw water dripping down through a light socket onto the back of the settee.
Quickly phoned the insurance folk who couldn’t get anybody out straight away.
But after switching things off it stopped.
Had to then cancel our decorator for the day.
Then my car wouldn’t start.
The sparky and plumber came and discovered the problem. Then fixed it. Fortunately there was little damage.

I have also discovered I have a very sore arm. Can’t remember bashing it.

Think we will head out to try the hotel in Rosehearty for dinner.

This is looking into the house from the back. The sparky is checking the wiring, although you can’t see him.
